Northumberland Chess Congress 2013

The Northumberland Chess Congress 2013 will take place at The Parks Leisure Centre, North Shields from Friday 20th September to Sunday 22nd September.

ECF Chief Arbiter: Lara Barnes

Sections: Open, Ian Lambie Major (U166), Nora Hunter Minor (U136), Foundation (U106 and never won a main prize in a congress)

Prize Money (Open, Major, Minor): 1st £250, 2nd £100, 3rd £50 + grading prizes.
Prize Money (Foundation): 1st £125, 2nd £50, 3rd £25 + grading prizes.

Time Control (Open, Major, Minor): Each player has 36 moves in 1 h 30 then 30 mins to complete the game.
Time Control (Foundation): Each player must complete all their moves in 60 minutes.

Venue: The Parks Leisure Centre,Howdon Road, Royal Quays, North Shields NE29 6TL

Entry Fee: £28 (£22 for ECF Silver Members or above)
